E-sign platforms charge $10–19 every month per seat, cap how many documents you can send — and put their logo on your proposal. This kit goes the other way: three ready proposal templates, a generator that turns each one into a hash-signed accept page on your own hosting, a SHA-256 audit trail for every acceptance, and the follow-up SOP that gets deals signed. One payment of ฿1,490 — roughly two months of the cheapest e-sign seat — then nothing, forever.
Get the kit — ฿1,490One zip: three proposal templates, the generator, the accept page, the verifier, and the playbooks. No npm install, no database, no vendor login — generated pages are single static files that run on any static host.
A 90-day coaching package, a monthly consulting retainer, and a fixed-scope project proposal — the three documents solo sellers actually send. Real terms sections: validity, deposits, confidentiality, cancellation. Print-ready if a client insists on paper.
The generator hashes the document (SHA-256) and signs the link with HMAC-SHA256 using a secret only you hold. A proposal without its token shows an invalid-link page and cannot be accepted. The secret never appears in any generated file.
On acceptance, the client's browser builds an audit-trail JSON: consent event + acceptance event in a SHA-256 hash chain, bound to the exact document digest, with the typed name, timestamps, and device context. Verify it with one command — years later, still recomputes from scratch.
DEPOSITS.md walks you through a one-time Stripe payment-link setup, so the 30–50% deposit is one paste away from the thank-you. Payment-agnostic by design — any provider with a link works.
Most proposals die of silence, not rejection. FOLLOW-UP-SOP.md gives the exact sequence — send, value-add, deadline, break-up — with copy you can paste and the objections, decoded. About 8 minutes of writing per deal.
No subscriptions, no per-document meter, no seat math: unlimited proposals for your own business, on your own domain. Single-owner commercial license, free v1.x updates, 14-day full refund.
It is the practical record. What was offered (document digest), who accepted (typed name + device context), when, and that consent was given explicitly — chained with SHA-256 so any later edit to the file is detectable. This is what serious clients and most dispute conversations ask you to produce, and it is yours to keep forever.
It is not a legal certification. This kit does not produce a qualified or statutorily defined electronic signature, and it is not legal advice. E-signature rules differ by country (ESIGN/UETA in the US, eIDAS in the EU) and some document types are commonly excluded everywhere. For high-stakes contracts, have counsel review your process. The templates say this in their fineprint — keep it there.
Privacy by design. The accept page is static: nothing is transmitted to any server, no IP addresses are recorded, no cookies, no analytics, no third-party scripts. Your client's browser builds the JSON and sends it back to you. You are the data controller for the records you keep.
Three steps from zip to a signed deal — about ten minutes for the first one.
Pick a template, fill your flags — client, price, currency, validity. One command produces the self-contained accept page, the signed link, and the verification payload.
Drag the folder onto your static host (Cloudflare Pages free tier is the reference) and send the link with its token — under your domain, your brand, no signup for your client.
Your client types their name and accepts; the audit-trail JSON comes back to you. One command verifies the whole chain. Then the deposit link closes the deal while momentum is hot.
No monthly plan, no per-document fee, no seats, no send caps.

No — and we won't pretend otherwise. The kit records consent and intent in a tamper-evident way: the exact document (by hash), an explicit consent statement, the signer's typed name, timestamps and device context, chained with SHA-256 so later edits are detectable. That is a strong, honest evidence trail for normal commercial proposals. It is not legal advice and not a certified/qualified signature instrument; laws differ by country and some document types are excluded from e-signing everywhere. For high-stakes contracts, ask a lawyer. Every template carries this disclaimer in its fineprint.
A single-owner commercial license: one buyer (a person or a company) runs it for all of their own clients and proposals, forever. The proposals you generate are yours; the audit records are yours. Redistributing or reselling the kit files themselves — or building a signing service on them — is not allowed; each business needs its own license.
No server, no subscription. You need Node 18+ on your own computer to generate and verify, and any static host for the generated pages — Cloudflare Pages' free tier is the reference path in SETUP.md. The accept page is a single static file; your clients need only a browser.
They open your link on their phone, read the proposal (no signup, no portal, no third-party logo), type their full name, tick one consent box, and press accept. They get a confirmation with the document hash and can download the audit-trail JSON or email it back with one tap. Two minutes, start to finish.
You can — and for a while, you will keep doing it after a bad week. But a PDF never proves what the client agreed to, scannable signatures routinely look forged, and the round-trip kills momentum. This kit keeps the momentum (accept in one click) and adds what a scan was always pretending to be: a precise record of which document, which name, which consent, when — that you can re-verify years later with one command.
If the kit doesn't fit how you work, email zicula06@gmail.com within 14 days of purchase and we'll refund you in full — the zip is yours to keep or delete. One refund per purchase; we only ask for optional feedback.
